Dr. Danielle Bercier has been in equine specialty practices for 14 of her 18 years in practice. She attended veterinary school at Virginia Tech. in Blacksburg. She has also completed advanced university training during a residency in equine internal medicine while teaching at the veterinary school at Mississippi State University. Dr. Bercier has special interests in the fields of lameness, reproduction, and ophthalmology.
A focus of this practice is advanced reproduction techniques including artificial insemination (chilled and frozen), stallion management (semen evaluation, shipment, and freezing), and embryo transfer. We are also committed to the improvement of canine breeds by the cryopreservation of semen from high quality purebred dogs.
Although an admitted workaholic, she enjoys training and showing her German Shepherd Dogs!
